In recent years, with social and economic development and improvement of living standards, people’s demand for catering has been increasing. Against the upgrading of consumption concept, consumers’ demand for seafood has also undergone major changes. As a healthy ingredient, seafood is taking a larger share in catering each year rapidly. The 14th Shanghai International Fisheries and Seafood Exhibition and 14th Shanghai International Aquaculture Exhibition, jointly organized by China Aquatic Production Chamber of Commerce, Shanghai Fisheries Trade Association and Shanghai Aige Exhibition Service Co., Ltd., will be held on August 28 - 30, 2019 at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. Together with Shanghai International Catering and Ingredients Exhibition, there will be 8 exhibition halls, covering an area of 100,000 square meters. Under the theme of “Aggregation of Seafood from Worldwide·Insights into China’s Market” and the principle of “Delivering an International, Professional and Trade-oriented Exhibition”, World Seafood Shanghai (SIFSE) 2019 will fully demonstrate the great vitality of China’s aquatic seafood market. By closely following the development trend of the catering market, the exhibition will target at the core market, focus on B2B trade and make perfect match between the supply and demand in global aquatic product trade.

The Shanghai International Fisheries and Seafood Exhibition has received much attention and warm response from the exhibitors since the investment attraction. All the booths have been sold out. It will bring together many premium suppliers across the world, covering an array of fields including aquaculture, deep processing aquatic (sea) products, prepared foods, ready-to-eat seafood, offshore fishing, cold-chain logistics, e-commerce and related processing equipment.

The First International Summit Forum on Rice-Fishery Integrated Breeding Strategy in 2019 · China aims to summarize the development of China’s rice-fish symbiosis system in the history and explore the development prospects of modern agriculture with new technologies and new trends.

 

The Seafood Tasting Session– Seafood Imports Introduction Campaign will take seafood imports as food material and focus on the theme of “healthiness, freshness and innovation”. With renowned senior chefs’ personal explanation of cooking and on-site tasting, participants will enjoy the seafood cuisine better.

 

 

2019 The Second Salmon Industry Development Summit Forum in China will lift its curtain again.
