The Nueva Pescanova Group is consolidated among the most responsible companies

It is in the Top 15 of the most responsible companies in the food sector, according to the Merco RyGC Spain 2020 ranking

Vigo - The Nueva Pescanova Group, a multinational dedicated to fishing, cultivation, processing and marketing of seafood, maintains its position, for the second consecutive year, in the Merco RyGC ranking as one of the most important companies responsible for responsibility and good corporate governance in Spain.

For the preparation of this study, the opinion of 1,141 executives, 8,300 citizens and a wide group of experts in CSR and financial analysis, journalists, analysts and heads of consumer associations, among others, have been counted on. In the sector ranking, the Group ranks 11th among the most responsible food companies in our country.

In this way, the company maintains the position achieved in 2019 and is consolidated in the Top 15 of the ranking, thanks to its commitment to the four pillars that make up its Corporate Social Responsibility strategy (planet, people, products and communities) and a solid regulatory system for corporate governance and compliance.
